A dated, fragmented website failed to reflect Softdel’s modern tech positioning and talent ambition.

The website for Softdel had evolved in an ad hoc manner, resulting in weak structure, poor performance, and a dated visual language. It failed to reflect the positioning of a cutting-edge tech company or project the aspirational appeal needed to attract young talent in a highly competitive IT space. The challenge was to rebuild the platform from a clean slate with redefined content and a clear, structured brief.

Approach

Restructuring Softdel’s digital experience through structured content and design-led thinking.

We reorganised content and site architecture for Softdel to improve clarity and usability, informed by industry benchmarks and IT sector best practices. The brand identity was then modernised with a refreshed logo, typography and an updated visual library to elevate its digital interface.

Early high-fidelity pages established the UI direction, followed by detailed wireframing across screens. The UI development and front-end coding ran in parallel for efficiency. The process concluded with QA testing and performance optimisation prior to launch.

An intelligent, reimagined, and experience-led digital platform

The identity of Softdel was refined to preserve equity while delivering a sharper, more contemporary presence. The website was designed as a fully responsive, scalable platform with consistent performance across devices. The homepage clearly articulated Softdel’s positioning through crisp messaging, animation-led storytelling, and disciplined layouts.

Complex service architecture was simplified through an intuitive interaction model for 11 offerings, while Softdel Prime was seamlessly integrated as a structured, monetised module with payment functionality.

Delivered through close collaboration across design, development, and client teams, the result is a functional yet engaging digital experience built for scale.
